HPE partners tell CRN that they have already put together significant sales efforts around the HPE-Juniper combination and that an antitrust challenge would put at risk tens of millions of dollars in potential networking and AI revenue gains.

Ahead of being acquired by HPE, Juniper Networks is still heavily investing in AI. The company invested in AI upstart Recogni as part of its $102 million Series C funding round, the two companies said.

'Once the Juniper transaction closes, we're going to have another business that looks like this: $11 billion in revenues. It will represent more than one-third of the company revenues. It will represent probably 50 percent of the company profits,' says HPE CEO Antonio Neri.
